About Charelle

Charelle behind PropelHer desk

Hi, I'm Charelle, Founder of PropelHer.

My day I work in marketing and by night I support women to bridge the gap between ambition and achievement.

How did I get here?

I was a #goaldigger before I even knew what a hashtag was. From being a teenager I can remember writing my goals down, drawing mindmaps and creating action plans. Of course, I thought that was normal, but I soon realised it wasn't.

For 5 years I worked with performing artists (dancers, choreographers, singers, directors) to grow their passion into a thriving career or business. I loved working with people and helping them to grow and achieve their dreams. I just didn't know that coaching existed outside of sport.

In 2015, I decided enough was enough and it was time for me to do something. I was living in London and surrounded my intelligent ambitious women who felt stuck in their unfilling or stressful jobs and no idea what to do. Drawing on my passions of personal development and female empowerment, I created PropelHer.

Through PropelHer I have the privilege of working with amazing women who aren't ashamed of being ambitious and wanting to be better than average.

I believe that no dream is impossible if you are willing to make a plan and work for it.

You deserve to live the life you dream of and I am here to help you make that a reality!

P.S. When I am not working you will find me singing and dancing along to Beyoncé. And of course, reading! You can read my personal book blog here.
