By using this website, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website. By purchasing a product you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the follow terms stated herein.

Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by PropelHer/Charelle Griffith Limited (PropelHer is a trading name of Charelle Griffith Limited) (collectively the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect:

Purchase and Refunds Policy

1.1 Due to your purchase being a coaching package in a business capacity, PropelHer does not offer refunds or cancellations. All contracts and purchases are binding.

1.2  Due to your purchase being an infoproduct in a business capacity and downloadable at the time of purchase, PropelHer does not offer refunds or cancellations. All purchases are binding.

Terms and Conditions for PropelHer's Book Club 2022

By joining PropelHer’s Book Club, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use for the services provided by PropelHer. Please review these terms and conditions carefully.


2.1 Intellectual Property Ownership
All content provided during the PropelHer Book Club sessions, via email or on the PropelHer.co.uk website is and shall continue to be the property of PropelHer, or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Any copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such content is prohibited without express permission from PropelHer.

2.2 No-Show Policy
If you cannot attend a session, notice should be given a minimum of 72 hours prior to the session via an email to info@propelher.co.uk. If you do not notify PropelHer of your non-attendance on two occasions, PropelHer has the right to terminate your membership for the rest of the year with no refund.

2.3 Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of this service PropelHer has a no refund policy. A refund will only be given if PropelHer has to cancel a session. Sessions will usually be led by Charelle Griffith, but can be led by a representative at Charelle’s discretion. If a session has to be cancelled by PropelHer and cannot be rearranged, you will receive a refund for that session. The refund will be equivalent to a 1/12 of your joining fee minus an administration fee (5.5% of your joining fee + £0.49).  To receive a refund you will need to send your bank details to info@propelher.co.uk within 72 hours of notice of the rearranged date of the cancelled session.

These terms are governed by English law and we agree that any disputes will be dealt with by an English Court.
