Book of the Month: August 2020 – Flow

PropelHer's Book Club - August 2020 - Flow

On Monday 3rd August 2020, PropelHer’s Book Club will be discussing Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.

Originally published in 1990, Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience explores Mihaly theory of ‘flow state’, which is a mental state where a person is fully immersed in an activity and feels great energy, focus and enjoyment.

The book has stood the test of time and 30 years later the theory is widely referred to in many fields including personal development and positive psychology.

Ready to learn how to enter the state of flow’?

Book a ticket to join the session, grab a copy of the book and be ready to discuss.

PropelHer’s Book Club will be meeting on Monday 3rd August.

The London Group will be meeting ONLINE at 7pm BST.
