In this summary of Your Beat Year Ever, I will be briefly summarising the book to help you make a decision about whether you should read it for yourself.

In the beginning, Michael talks about how many people don’t achieve their New Year’s Resolutions and how he has created a more effective system to help you change your life. Instead, Michael wants to help you achieve a breakthrough year. Before getting into the main part of the book Michael encourages you to take his LifeScore Assessment, which is very similar to the Wheel of Life. Then he breaks down the his 5-step process.
